Accessibility

• Every page is checked against WCAG 2.2 AA rules automatically on each build, on a phone and a desktop viewport.
• The whole site works by keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip link that is a real target once focused.
• Text contrast meets 4.5:1. Our own brand green failed against white at 2.66:1, so a darker green is used wherever white text sits on it.
• Controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels, and every other target clears the 24 pixel minimum.
• Form fields have real labels, errors are announced and tied to the field, and results are announced when they appear.
• Nothing depends on colour alone, nothing moves automatically, and a reduced-motion preference is respected.
• Text can be zoomed to 200 per cent without content being lost, and the page never scrolls sideways.

• Automated checks catch roughly half of what matters. We have not yet completed a full manual audit with assistive technology.
• The provider portal has had less accessibility testing than the customer site.
• Photos uploaded by customers have no alternative text, because only the customer knows what is in them.
